"I worked closely with Amanda for 3 years at AIT. When she came on board in 2017 the accounting group was in need of leadership to tackle a large quantity of complex problems related to some recent acquisitions, an ERP implementation, and high turnover within the group. Amanda immediately took ownership of many critical projects and processes and is solely responsible for reducing our month end close cadence from 1 month to 10 days.

Working in a founder owned business, Amanda was a key player in a lot firsts for AIT.
